What Is The Golden Thread Fellowship?

Having read our book, ‘Fabric of Success’, you have discovered that ultra successful CEOs have an unusually rare set of personality traits; grit and determination combined with an unwavering passion to achieve a particular objective. Their drive knows no bounds; they relentlessly pursue operational excellence. This distinct blend of qualities manifests in extraordinary commercial achievements.

You will also have observed that the operating models of these individuals are so strikingly similar, that the same golden threads are in evidence, intricately woven through the fabric of their outstanding businesses.

In these motivational figures, you have identified aspects of yourself, finding resonance with their thinking. While some of their methodologies may already be present within your own business, you’ve unearthed fresh perspectives and feel inspired to implement new approaches. Imbued with an exhilarating sense of excitement, you anticipate the expanded limits of what may now be possible.

The CEO’s journey can often be a solitary one, burdened with the sole responsibility for steering the business through uncharted waters. Yet, you now find yourself among a select group of like-minded people, all of whom have found a connection in the narrative of ‘Fabric of Success’. These kindred spirits share your interests, with aligned perspectives and, very likely, parallel objectives. How useful would it be if you were able to network with these people?

Welcome to the Golden Thread Fellowship, a community of corporate visionaries coming together to achieve strength through unity. In the collective pursuit of excellence, members engage in discourse, testing ideas and sharing experiences. It is a circle of reciprocity dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and wisdom for mutual advancement. The Fellowship promotes a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging members to collaborate in various ways. This may include serving as a sounding board for new ideas, discussing strategies to address macro-economic challenges, leveraging synergies between businesses, and participating in a non-executive capacity on a board of directors.

The Chatham House Rule applies to encourage open and candid discussion and the sharing of information without attribution, thereby ensuring anonymity for members. This is strictly enforced and the consequence of a breach is expulsion from the Fellowship.

Constructive challenges are welcomed to help inform decision-making. It is understood that members need not agree on everything. They embrace their individuality and have no intention of becoming echoes of one another. Their similarity lies in being non-conformists, unconventional thinkers, always striving to be better – people who constantly challenge the status quo, acknowledging that it isn’t possible to stand out from the crowd, by following the crowd. They deliberately divorce themselves from the disruptive noise created by outsiders; not out of indifference or deafness to outside opinion, but through an acceptance that their methods are, to varying degrees, unorthodox.

All are welcome as members without regard to creed, colour, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, education, or socio-economic status. Diversity enriches the collective perspective.

Members share a deep understanding and are empathetic towards each other. Whether in virtual discussions or face-to-face meetings, they enjoy an experience which is both uplifting and inspiring, something unseen but deeply felt, intangible yet profoundly impactful.
